Let's talk about Valentine's Day. It's the one day a year that some people dread and others absolutely love it. Most of the hatred for this holiday comes from the fact that you don't have a bae to share the day with. My friend, when did you need love from someone else to validate you? When? like seriously?
Valentine's Day is all about love, no one said it had to come from someone else. No no no! I have always loved Valentine's Day since I was little. I loved making those Valentines in class and giving them to everyone. I loved the fact that it's the one time that eating chocolate irrationally is acceptable. Let's be real all the good chocolate comes out during Valentine's Day.
I'm going to list a few of the people that I know love you.

That list may seem short but have you ever thought about how much love is these people have for you. Not just love, unconditional and pure love. Not everyone gets that, which is sad to think about but nonetheless there are people out in this world who love you and want to see you succeed in life. If you really feel like there is no one out there you have yourself. Honestly, that's all that should matter.
I could go all day about loving and accepting yourself. I'm going to quote Drake and i want you to remember this "Love yourself girl, or nobody will." How real is that! No one can love like you can love you.
I saw this Pinterest quote the other day and thought it was just perfection. " What if you simply devoted this year to loving yourself more?" Like honestly, what if you did? You stopped focusing on trying to find love other places and you started to love yourself more because I can guarantee you that you have been slacking in the self love department. So this Valentine's Day this is what I want you to do. Gather some friends, or go by yourself, buy some assorted chocolates, wine , flowers and some yummy food and treat yourself like the queen that you are. Love is in the air today so you better snatch it all up and sprinkle it on yourself!!
